Railcar-Components

The development of wagon components combines our Know-How around construction and admission management. Together we develop a personally tailored product with all relevant reports & documents for the admission in Europe.

Our coupling-bars of the series Heavy Duty (HD) are designed to cope with forces arising out of freight-transport and in their standard version they are covering nearly all areas of application.

The technical most mature coupling-bar present at the market. Adapted to your special requirements for the mass production of prototypes as well as individual solutions.

The coupling bars of the SSC-Railtec find application in the most important companies of Europe. The built-in elastomer elements of our partner NTK allow a high paykoad while extended longevitiy at the same time.

World first coupling-bar with separation option

The first coupling-bar with TSI-approval on the market. The possibility to separate two coupled wagons without any time-consuming dismantling ensures a new flexibility. This is made possible thanks our patented joint, that bears equivalent (and more) forces than conventional coupling-bars on the market.
